Goldcrest Post was ranked an impressive number 1 in the Audio-only sub category in Televisual Magazine’s much-anticipated Top 50 Facilities Survey– a significant recognition for its increased turnover, growth, and talent over the past years. Additionally, we are delighted that the combined Goldcrest / Pavement entry ranked for the first time together at a respectable 17th in the peer poll ranking, 27th for kit, and 32nd overall. Impressive rankings for an operation of our size up against the likes of The Mill and MPC with over 600 employees and turnovers higher than the GDP of a small country!
The survey, which is the most extensive annual appraisal of the UK’s post production marketplace available, reviews all aspects of the industry, from the essential services and burgeoning creative areas of post/vfx to the current business challenges and future opportunities for growth. MD, Andy Evans said, “It’s great to get such high peer recognition in such a large and competitive pool of talent and turnover. The Pavement and Goldcrest have always strived to be the best in our respective niche services and our joint efforts have definitely paid off.” Goldcrest’s CEO, Keith Williams adds, “We’re really pleased that Televisual acknowledged the audio side of the post-production industry for the first time in the history of the Facilities 50 poll this year. We are incredibly proud of the team we’ve brought together on all levels and are extremely grateful to our clients and peers for their support and recognition. The full survey is in the October 2011 edition of Televisual only available in print.
